Frequently asked questions

The live Model Catalog is the source of truth. It lists every image, video and audio model currently published by the Wizzx backend, including its model key, capabilities, billing unit and price tiers.

Wizzx uses pay-as-you-go credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal, and purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open and in good standing. Check the Pricing page for current model-level rates.

Credits are our unified currency across all models. 1 credit ≈ $0.001 USD. Different models consume different amounts of credits based on output quality and duration. For example, generating a 5-second video costs more credits than a single image.

Generation requests use an asynchronous task workflow. Submit a model task, keep the returned task ID, then poll the status endpoint or handle a webhook until the task reaches a terminal state.

Keep Wizzx API keys in server-side code and revoke a key from the dashboard if it is exposed. Our Privacy Policy explains which account, task and billing data is processed and why.

You can integrate Wizzx through the documented task API. For production workloads, handle retries, timeouts and terminal task states in your application, and treat the live catalog and documentation as the source of truth for current model availability and limits.

Sign in, create an API key in the dashboard, choose a model from the live catalog and submit your first task. The documentation contains endpoint details and model-specific inputs.
